Khylaco Systems LLC — Booking, Cancellation, and Property Access Policy
Booking Confirmation: All system installation packages and standalone hardware additions require a confirmed master system booking. A representative will contact you within 24–48 business hours of checkout to finalize your installation date and review project scope parameters.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require a minimum of 24 hours' advanced notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to a $75.00 route cancellation fee.
Property Access & Readiness: The property owner or an authorized adult (18+) must be physically present on-site for the entire duration of the scheduled installation window. The site must be completely accessible, free of debris, and have active utility power and high-speed Wi-Fi internet connectivity functioning at the time of our technician's arrival. If an installation cannot be completed due to a lack of site readiness, a $95.00 dry-run trip charge will apply.

Information We Collect: We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when purchasing our hardware packages, including your name, physical installation address, email address, phone number, and billing details.
How We Use Your Data: Your information is strictly used to process your equipment orders, schedule your on-site installations, and configure your alarm system profile within our dealer authentication portals. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third-party advertisers.
Secure Payment Processing: All financial transactions are encrypted and securely processed through our integrated merchant payment gateway. Khylaco Systems LLC does not store your full credit card numbers or raw financial passwords on our local servers.
Cookie Tracking: As verified by our Cookie Banner notification, this website utilizes standard browser cookies to optimize your shopping cart checkout experience and track security network performance metrics.
